How To Purchase and Order

1. Browse and view through our items according to categories

2. Choose your favourite item(s)

3. Send e-mail to elsc2u@gmail.com with the following details :
a) Subject Title
Example : Ordering (item number)

b) Order Number and Quantity
Example : ER02 + ER08 + EC02 (for Mix and Match Items)
Example : NP02 (for Others Categories)
Example : 1 set

c) Method of Payment
Example : Pay and Courier
Example : COD (Cash On Delivery) - please specify date, time and location preferred

4. A confirmation e-mail with detailed instructions will be forwarded back to you once we received your order e-mail.

Delivery

All parcels will be delivered via Pos Laju only unless stated in the product description in case we need to use other method of delivery.

Courier and handling charges below 1KG is RM12.00 for Peninsular Malaysia, RM15.00 for Sarawak and RM18.00 for Sabah. Courier and handling charges will increase RM8.00 by KG.

Additional items can be arranged to be delivered together with the adminstrative and handling fee RM8.00 per item, provided that combination of items are less or equivalent to 1KG per courier or parcel.

We only send out parcels on Monday to Friday except Public Holidays. We suggest that buyer make the payment a day before courier days stated above to avoid any delays in the courier transistion. Please note that payment received in between the courier days (example Tuesday), the parcels will be couriered the next courier days.

All parcels will only be couriered out after the full and correct payment is received and tracking number will be provided for your reference.

Please do allow time frame at least two (2) to three (3) business days for delivery after you have made your payment.

Please do inform us via e-mail immediately with your tracking number provided to you earlier if you do not receive your parcel after five (5) days from the date of your payment.

We holds no responsibility on damage or loss of the items and parcels attributed to mishandling of courier service company during transistion. In case of any incident or dispute, buyer can always submit claims to the relevant courier company.

Terms and Conditions

All items sold are 100% brand new unless stated in the post advertisement itself.

All items will be delivered via Pos Laju only unless stated with full courier charges to be borned by buyer. We do entertain Cash On Delivery (COD) but limited to 1 Utama and Bandar Utama areas.

All communication can ONLY be done via e-mails.

A confirmation e-mail with detailed instructions or information and bank-in details will be sent to the respective buyer after the order is placed.

Full and correct payment need to be done in three (3) days after the e-mail confirmation. We reserve the right to re-sell the item if there is no payment done within three (3) days.
